Yes. You can save notes for every hole at any course. Include club selections off the tee, approach distances, green reading tips, hazard warnings, and personal strategy notes. Build up your course book over multiple rounds.
Does the digital caddie work offline on the course?
The app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on your phone's browser. Course notes are cached after you first load them, so they'll be available on subsequent visits even if cell service is spotty. For best results, load your course notes before heading to the course.
How is this different from a yardage book?
A yardage book gives you static distances. My Caddie stores your personal experience — what club YOU hit, what side of the fairway worked for YOU, where YOUR misses tend to go. It's a personalized strategy guide that evolves with your game.
Can I see my caddie notes while scoring a round?
Yes. Your caddie notes are accessible from the round scoring view, so you can check your strategy for each hole as you play it.
Is My Caddie connected to My Bag?
Yes. When you have My Bag set up, your caddie club picker shows only clubs you carry. Wedge lofts from your bag display automatically in your notes — "PW (46°)" instead of just "PW."
Is this a free or premium feature?
My Caddie note-taking is available to all users. The AI Game Plan feature within My Caddie, which generates hole-by-hole strategy recommendations, requires a Premium subscription.
